NepsisAI is not another chat surface. It makes the frame, must-not-miss constraints, contradictions, and final response inspectable before anyone treats an AI answer as settled.

Built by Trent Thorn, a practicing emergency physician, to test how reasoning can be made observable and auditable under clinical pressure. Public demos stay deterministic and separate from invite-only private evaluation.

The public path shows the governing idea without pretending to be the private runtime: identify the frame, surface the RED hazards, pause at a STILL checkpoint, then let BLUE optimize inside those constraints.

Reasoning under uncertainty

Nepsis grew out of emergency-medicine work on diagnosis and decision-making, where the dangerous miss is often the hidden frame.
